Building national incident response capacity in Serbia

The CCU directors worked closely with the Serbian government on two projects. The first was to support the Ministry of Interior Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) by delivering strategic gap analysis, a management road map and training plan, as well as designing and delivering bespoke on-site training for analysts and responders. This was conducted across multiple visits to Belgrade.

After the success of this project CCU were invited back to work with the Serbian National CERT (SRB-CERT) to conduct a maturity assessment, develop a human resources management road-map and training plan, as well as an in-person workshop session over multiple days.

CCU supported our unit in our efforts to become fully functional (CERT), Oliver and his colleagues were engaged as the main contributors. It is my opinion that they did a great job, and shared their knowledge and experience very efficiently. We were very satisfied and I could recommend these guys for any similar activities.
